Service Fee
All payments for ticket sales made through TellerAfricaTickets will be subject to the service fee of 10%. This fee will be automatically deducted from the total ticket sale amount before remittance to the event organizer.
Refund Policy for Ticket Buyers
Should the headlining performers scheduled for an event fail to appear, ticket purchasers retain the right to request a refund within 24 hours from the designated start time of the event.
Refunds and Cancellations
In the event of a refund or cancellation initiated by the event organizer or the ticket purchaser, the service fee of 10% will not be refunded. Only the ticket sale amount minus the service fee will be eligible for refund or credit.
